Can I update my menu?
Email us at support@realtimestore.com and allow 48 hours for changes to be made. Eventually, we will provide you with a facility to update your menu online. Further details about this facility will be posted here in due course.
Can I make changes to my account?
Email us at admin@realtimestore.com and we'll advise.
Can I edit / delete an order?
Email us at admin@realtimestore.com. We will edit all orders. We do not delete orders from our database as these records help us to maintain the required audit trail.
How do I pay my bill?
There are various ways and you will get a statement frequently with all the details of the transactions. You can pay by: -
BACS (Banks Automated Clearing System). This is our recommended form of payment for convenience and avoiding late fees. Set up automatic payment of your monthly invoice as a withdrawal from your bank account.

Payment by credit card using our on-line payment facility.
