    Ikan's Signature Dish

    A famous delicacy from Beijing (Peking) that has been prepared since the Yuan Dynasty and is now considered one of China's national dishes

    As a starter: the duck skin crisp to perfection is served with home-made bun and topped with tobiko caviar. As a main: You have the choice of having the meat of the duck sautéed with asparagus or with mushrooms and water chestnut wrapped in fresh lettuce


    Appetizer

    A selection consisting of caviar crowned scallops, shu mai, chive dumplings and pebble prawns
    A feast of Thai spring rolls, vegetable money bags, aubergine tempura and crispy morning glory leaves
    Crowned with tobiko caviar
    Wrapped with cucumber and spring onions

    Drizzled in tamari sauce and topped with sesame seeds
