    Our blackened dishes are cooked by seasoning the meat, chicken or fish in our special blend of herbs and spices, then cooking them on a sizzling hot skillet. We serve the cajun dishes with a creole sauce, which consists of tomatoes, ginger and coriander, with a hint of chilli - delicious!
